GST - While computing profiteered amount, average pre-rate reduction base price of each SKU should be compared with actual post-rate reduction base price of 'same' SKU so that every recipient gets benefit of tax reduction - any other method is contrary to methodology determined by authority as well as s.171 of Act: NAA
